About Us

Who we are?

We are a pretty chill family of five, Scottie’s the boss man who makes the knives, Cristel’s the boss lady who does all the other stuff, and then there’s Darcy, George and Jack who are all turning into being their own bosses, and sometimes kinda helping with the knifework.
There are a few dogs, a few horses, there’s cats and chickens and occasionally other animals play a part in our crazy life by the river … we wouldn’t have it any other way.
The Gidgee Knives workshop is open to all, you can come for a yarn, stay for a cuppa, learn a trick or two, but most of all you’ll have a great time and walk away with some good memories. We look forward to meeting you soon :blush:
